PunePosted Apr 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a straightforward technical-first journey that mixed hands-on CAD/tool context with project-specific follow-ups, followed by HR.

Technical round (with experience/project focus) — I was asked technical questions tied to my background and experience.
Model test (CAD/tool) — I completed a model test using the relevant CAD tool.
Technical final (delivery manager, telephonic) — I was asked specific questions related to my project details and how I approached them.
HR round — I discussed role-fit and salary.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the overall feel was average—mostly dependent on how well I could connect answers to my projects and tool work.
