I went through a classic aptitude → technical → HR sequence where the difficulty felt moderate and the HR conversation was lighter.

Aptitude test — I tackled logical and reasoning questions.
Technical interview — I discussed my subject-area knowledge, and it was framed around confidence and skill demonstration.
HR interview — I had an HR discussion that felt more conversational, with some emphasis on confidence and communication tricks.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that even when the technical is average, the HR round can hinge on presence and how clearly you present yourself.
