I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Cyient and found the technical round easy, but the HR-style questioning felt inappropriate and affected my view of the process.

Technical interview — The manager-led technical discussion itself was described as very simple and easy.
Managerial/personal questioning — During the same manager conversation, I was asked personal questions that felt unethical for a female applicant. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway is that culture and respect during conversations can be deal-breakers even when technical work is fine.
