I interviewed for a Software Engineer track at Cyient and found the process unusually uneven and very difficult, happening in a short sequence of technical panels.

Technical round (3 panels) — I went through multiple parallel technical panel setups; earlier panels mostly focused on my projects plus a few baseline questions, while the last panel jumped to more “industry-level” questions that didn’t feel fair for a fresher.
HR — I was not clearly described beyond the fact the process continued after the technical rounds. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the main takeaway was that panel expectations felt inconsistent rather than aligned to experience level.
