I interviewed for a Software Engineer position at Cyient in a very easy but long, multi-person setting that stretched to about 8 hours.

Recruiter/HR + Technical combined — I went through a sequence that included both technical and HR components, with the entire process taking nearly a full workday.
Group logistics — The initial round had a very large crowd (triple-digit attendance), which made it feel like a high-volume screening day. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the format was approachable even though the day itself was exhausting.
