I experienced a tough, long written stage followed by a moderately rated technical discussion and a formality-like HR check.

Written test — The test took about 2 hours, included program-writing with error checking/output validation, and I had to code multiple solutions.
F2F technical interview — I was asked technical skills and programming-type questions; overall it felt average.
HR round — HR felt routine rather than deeply technical.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that speed and correctness in the written programming stage mattered a lot.
