I went through a drawn-out process that felt poorly coordinated and left me without closure after the final stage.

Phone screening — I started with an initial recruiter-style conversation.
First interview + final interview — I had multiple interviews after the screen, but there were long waiting periods for feedback.
Final decision communication (missing) — After the final interview, I wasn’t informed of a clear decision, and the recruiter stopped responding. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway was the lack of timely feedback and communication after the last round.
