I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an average-difficulty process that mixed leadership conversations with SQL and database topics.

Manager + HR + manager-of-manager (2 rounds total) — conversations covered my background and what I’d done in prior roles, plus coordination among leadership and HR.
Technical test — SQL coding plus database design and administration topics.
Facility / department walkthrough — I was shown around the office and introduced to different areas and departments. Outcome: I did not move forward; the overall experience combined structured leadership interviews with practical SQL/database work.
