My interview journey for the Software Engineer role was handled with good communication and happened fairly quickly after my resume was selected, though the outcome wasn’t an offer.

Recruiter coordination — I had timely outreach and smooth scheduling from the recruitment specialist, with good clarity and responsiveness.
Hiring manager calls — I progressed from an HR manager call to hiring manager conversations.
Onsite panel — I also moved into a virtual-to-onsite style sequence where an onsite panel interview took place. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and I left with a strong warning about the risk of low offers when compensation is discussed late—one part of the process that felt like a red flag.
