I experienced an average-difficulty, multi-stage process for the Software Engineer role that focused on both fundamentals and how I present myself, stretching over several steps.

Screening — I went through an initial screening where my resume and basic eligibility were checked.
Technical assessment — I was evaluated on programming fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and core technical knowledge relevant to the role.
Additional rounds / final stage — The process typically continued with one or more in-depth interviews aimed at skills, experience, and cultural fit, with the possibility of feedback, an offer, or rejection. Outcome: I didn’t get to an offer, but the structure was clear—my impression was that they weigh both technical depth and fit
