I went through a relatively light recruiter-led intro for a Software Engineer role, with a quick timeline after applying.

Recruiter/phone screen — a ~30-minute call where the interviewer walked through my resume and had me expand on my school work and other projects.
Next steps (not completed) — I didn’t get far enough to confirm an onsite interview, and I was left unsure about whether I would progress. Outcome: No offer, and the main takeaway was that the process started with resume-to-background discussion rather than tough technical grilling.
