I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in an average-difficulty process that included a weekend take-home and then a final technical/behavioral conversation.

HR interview — I first met HR to narrow down the candidate list.
Take-home coding exam — I completed a take-home coding assignment over the weekend.
Technical + behavioral interview — After passing the take-home, I had a combined technical and behavioral interview. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that they used the take-home to filter for practical coding ability before going deeper on behavior and fit.
