Merstham, EnglandPosted Aug 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with simpler, management- and presentation-oriented steps and a building tour, leaning more on fit than deep coding.

Intro / team-lead or workshop manager discussion — questions about my background, plus insight into the company and what the workshop looked like.
General + deeper technical/leadership discussion — one process described a “tell me about yourself” style screen and then a more in-depth interview with senior management.
Walkthrough — I was shown around the building after the interview. Outcome: No offer reported; the takeaway was that they emphasized orientation and fit.
