San Diego, CAPosted Mar 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an overall easy-to-moderate flow that moved from a phone screen to two same-day onsite interviews.

Phone screen — a 30–45 minute chat about my school projects and the role, conducted by a software engineer.
Onsite (two interviews, same day) — two back-to-back interviews with software engineers focused again on school and side projects.
Onsite (technical check) — I was asked about embedded programming knowledge and did a simple long-division problem on a whiteboard; there weren’t other major technical questions. Outcome: No offer, but it felt approachable and more about verifying baseline fit than solving hard technical problems.
