Falls Church, VAPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an hour-long set of conversations with a practice manager, a senior engineer, and a principal consultant.

We mainly talked through my previous work experience and the kinds of issues I’d solved, including how I went about solving them.

The questions then moved into more practical scenario thinking—how I’d handle a difficult client and whether I could take the lead on a project and drive it to success. It felt like they were trying to map my experience to real delivery challenges, and the discussion had a clear, grounded tone rather than theoretical questioning.
