I first had a telephone call with another consultant related to a cooptation step.

After that, I went into a run of three consecutive interviews at the company’s headquarters. What made it feel odd was that only two interviews were initially supposed to be planned, and then the third one got slotted in at the end of the second.

By the time I reached the third conversation, the process already felt like it had stretched beyond what I had been told upfront. The difficulty level was on the harder side for me mainly because of the intensity of doing so many rounds back to back, without much breathing room between conversations.
