CSC Consultant interview experience

The set included two operational conversations, one manager interview, and one HR discussion. Each of my interviews didn’t feel particularly difficult, but the overall process stretched out to around two months before it finally moved.

The experience was mostly about waiting and cycling through multiple people—operational staff, management, and then HR—while the content stayed relatively straightforward. I didn’t feel like I was being tested with tricky questions; the frustrating part was the length of the process rather than the difficulty of the conversations.
