My interview was very brief and included only a few technical questions.

It wasn’t awkward in the sense of being tense or hostile, but it also didn’t feel very human. The person asking the questions came across like they were following a script, and even though I answered the questions, I felt like there wasn’t much engagement beyond the routine.

Because the interview was short, there wasn’t a lot of depth to work through—just enough technical probing to see whether I could respond, and then it moved on. Overall the experience felt easy rather than challenging.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main thing I took away was that the format left little room for rapport
