My process started with premier contact via HR, followed by an interview with a director manager.

That later conversation focused on the usual fundamentals: my previous experiences and how they connected to the role, plus what motivated me to join the company.

The overall tone was relatively relaxed and classic. It wasn’t described as a high-stakes technical evaluation, more like a check on background and motivation at leadership level.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt straightforward rather than difficult. What stayed with me was that it was mostly about fit and intent—how I explained my past and why I wanted to be there.
