Crowdstrike Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

IndiaPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process combined two system design questions with one normal coding question, plus a scattering of technical questions.

The conversations went well, and I felt like I answered everything solidly.

But the decision came back negative anyway. I was told they couldn’t proceed because the panel felt I was good across most areas, but that they still weren’t moving forward. Honestly, it left me confused and frustrated, especially with the sense that the role might be posted repeatedly. My lingering feeling was that I couldn’t tell whether they truly needed to hire, or whether the process was more about running interviews than committing to offers.
