I only made it as far as two calls before the process stalled.

First I spoke with a recruiter, then I got a call with a hiring manager where we covered my previous experience and projects, and the discussion included some focus around call and metrics.

After the hiring manager call, it went quiet. I never heard back from the recruiter, and I ended up getting a delayed silence that basically felt like a rejection without any real closing message. The whole experience left a bad taste because it felt like there wasn’t any genuine follow-through.
