My experience with the Senior Integration Developer opening felt like a long stretch of delays and silence.

I went through three rounds of technical interviews, but the gaps between rounds were huge—weeks to months. During that time, the recruiters and HR weren’t responsive, and I tried multiple channels to get updates without success.

I ended up being ghosted and never received clear closure. The overall feeling was that the opening might have been kept active without a serious plan to hire, since I kept seeing the role effectively persist rather than progress toward an actual decision. I didn’t move forward to an offer and I left feeling like my time wasn’t valued.
