My interview journey started with an HR conversation, then the process moved into a live coding round and a separate system design interview.

After that, I met with the hiring manager, and finally I had a concluding HR review.

The technical parts felt structured and fairly standard, but what I remember most clearly was the hiring-manager style of the overall flow—especially how the behavioral conversation was framed around the role itself. The interviewer walked through the cohort structure, the different tracks available, and the teams I might be placed on. It was more about alignment and expectations than tricky questioning.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the overall feel was balanced: organized stages, a clear narrative
