My process followed a pretty standard early pattern: I took an online coding test first, then did an HR interview, and then moved into a technical interview.

The technical portion wasn’t a live coding challenge; it was more of a discussion around a concrete situation.

A big theme in that final round was logical thinking plus some theory about algorithms, and it was framed to understand how I’d reason rather than just what I could memorize.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall experience was straightforward in structure, and it felt more like evaluation of reasoning than trying to trick me with trivia.
