I went through a short, three-stage process that centered on evaluation more than endless rounds.

It began with HR screening, then I met with the hiring managers, and the final step was a case presentation to the team.

The case stage was the moment that felt most real—it asked for a practical demonstration rather than general discussion. I prepared around the information they provided and walked into the presentation with a clear sense that this was what they would use to judge how I approached the work.

The entire process took about a month, and while I didn’t receive an offer, I appreciated that the structure was straightforward and ended with an evaluation that matched the job.
