I started with a recruiter screen in HR, then moved to a second conversation with the head of sales.

Across both discussions, they drilled into my background and trajectory, but also expected me to speak confidently about the company—what I knew about Criteo and why I’d applied.

The part that stood out most was the role play at the end with the head of sales. My task was to try to convince a prospect that working with Criteo made sense. What surprised me was how detailed they were about company knowledge: it wasn’t just about product-level familiarity, but also trivia-level recall, like knowing the name of the CEO’s dog.
