I came away genuinely impressed by how the whole process felt compared to other places I’d interviewed.

The recruiter experience stood out first—everything was efficient and fairly easy-going, and there was real support at each stage. It didn’t feel like I was getting handed off; it felt more like I was being guided.

They still challenged me, though. I remember walking into each step expecting straightforward questions, then realizing they were probing for more than just buzzwords—enough to tell whether I could actually do the work and fit the environment. Overall, the tone stayed professional and encouraging, even while they tested me.

I ultimately didn’t describe it as a high-drama process.
