My process involved several steps that built toward a final client simulation.

It started with an RH video call, then there was an English phone interview, and the last stage was a case presentation where I had to simulate customer service.

By the end, it was clearly about more than just discussing my experience—it asked me to perform in a realistic scenario. The difficulty level felt difficult, and it matched the sense that the final simulation would be the biggest test of how I could apply everything in a customer-facing moment.
