Criteo Account Executive interview experience

It started with a recruiter call, then I met a hiring manager, followed by three rounds with stakeholders from the group I’d work with.

The hiring manager made the process move quickly, but the recruiter part was noticeably slower—reply times and coordinating the next interview lagged longer than I expected. That timing mismatch became the main friction point in an otherwise normal set of conversations.

No offer came out of it, but I mainly remember the uneven pace: once the hiring manager was driving it, things progressed fast, and when it shifted back to recruiting coordination, it slowed.
