Bloomington, INPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Everything with scheduling and communication went smoothly until the final stretch.

Right before the third interview was supposed to happen, I was told they’d chosen another candidate instead. That shift felt abrupt after everything had been easy to coordinate.

I was sent a generic email that didn’t even look fully proofed, and there was no real explanation for why I was rejected. It wasn’t the kind of close they provided that gave me clarity or closure—just a quick cut-off. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the lack of response about what happened left me more frustrated than anything else.
