After the recruiter reached out, I went through a fairly simple two-part process: first a 1-hour behavioral interview, then a 1-hour case study.

The behavioral round came first, and it had the feel of a structured discussion about how I’d worked, what I’d learned, and how I approach situations.

For the case study, I was given a couple of days to prepare, so it didn’t feel overly stressful or last-minute. Once I got into it, the format felt designed to see how I’d think through a consulting-style problem rather than just whether I had memorized answers. I left the process feeling like I understood what was being evaluated, and I ended up getting an offer.
