Irvine, CAPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role through a very casual, retail-style process that mostly assessed personality, basic scenarios, and whether I fit the team’s culture over in-person or short phone interactions.

Pre-interview scheduling / quick HR intake — I often started with an online application, then confirmation by email or a call; sometimes I filled out an application form before talking with an interviewer.
In-person manager conversation — I met with a store or area manager for a brief, friendly chat focused on why I wanted to work there and what I knew about the company.
Short situational / customer-service questions — I was asked practical scenarios (like handling a quiet day or demonstrating initiative) and sometimes retail-flavored prompts about how I’d approach
