I went through a mostly in-store, low-stakes interview for an Account Executive role, moving quickly from application to a short chat about fit.

In-store / store-manager interview (casual one-on-one) — I talked through my background, availability, and prior experience, and was sometimes asked to fill out an application in the store.
In-store (short, straightforward Q&A) — I answered basic questions about customer service, my work style, and “why” the brand, usually in a room/back area with minimal formality.
Availability + basic role fit — I focused on explaining how I’d meet store expectations, including whether I could handle a fast pace and what I knew about the products.
**Sometimes: paperwork / contract
