I went through a fairly light, quick hiring flow for an Account Executive–style sales role, with mixed energy from the interviewer over a short timeline.

Initial screen / recruiter or hiring chat — A fast conversation about my availability and past sales experience; in one case I was also asked to demonstrate selling by pitching a special shirt offer.
Follow-up conversation (in-person or next step) — The process felt casual and confidence-focused, with interviewers checking I was ready to commit and able to work with their flexible expectations. Outcome: I didn’t move to an offer, and the experience felt more like a casual fit-check than a competitive evaluation.
