I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an easy, quick store-based process in mid-March to early April.

Store interview (brief, on-site) — I was invited to interview at the store, standing outside for a very short 10–15 minute, one-on-one conversation.
Manager chat (availability + fit) — I discussed my availability, personality, and prior experience, and the interviewer asked friendly, simple questions.
Tone/format — The whole process felt casual and low-pressure. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these notes, but I was told I had a position shortly after one interview—indicating a straightforward screening experience.
