I went through a multi-stage group interview that felt a bit more competitive because I was filtered out through rounds before a final personal conversation.

Group interview with cuts — I joined a group session that ran quickly “on the go,” with people eliminated at different stages before a smaller set moved forward.
Personal interview (after selection) — Those who passed the group rounds were taken into a more individual interview setting.
Outcome: No offer — The main takeaway was that performance in the group mattered early, since the process moved fast and decisions were made on the spot.
