I went through an initial introduction call with the recruiter, and then I had two separate phone interviews via Zoom with regional directors to cover my background and what it’s like to work there.

After that, I reached the final stage where the core of the round was a mock presentation.

The presentation felt like a real test of how I’d present the product—there was a structured setup, and I had what I needed in advance. In the last round, it was essentially a role-play style scenario where I had to deliver my pitch clearly in front of leadership. Overall it felt straightforward in format, but the presentation component was the part that mattered most, since it forced me to demonstrate the thinking behind the sales story.
