Atlanta, GAPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview was very easy overall, but I also remember the frustration of being overlooked.

A head-up came through that diversity wasn’t really their thing, and I noticed that once I stated my asking salary—60 to 65 base given my qualifications exceeding their minimum—there was no call back.

The process didn’t drag on; it just didn’t continue. I didn’t receive an offer.

My reflection was that the decision felt tied more to compensation and constraints than to the actual match they seemed to be evaluating.
