Irvine, CAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Recruiter outreach kicked things off, and the first conversation went well enough that I moved quickly into a discussion with the sales manager about the responsibilities.

The final conversation was with the VP of sales, and it ended with an offer made on the spot.

A separate experience I had with CoStar also moved fast: I started with a recruiter, went to a manager-level conversation, and then had an in-person on-site visit where a decision was made quickly—about two weeks from starting the process. What stood out to me across the fast journeys was how directly the later conversations were geared toward closure rather than prolonged evaluation.
