I started with a basic recruiter screen, then moved into conversations with directors that were more about getting to know both the product and my background.

The structure was four rounds: first a call screen, then a director chat meant to understand how I thought about the product and my experience, then another director who dug further into my history, and finally an in-office product demo.

The demo was the moment that really made the process feel real, because it wasn’t abstract—it was about how I performed with the product in front of them. Overall it was difficult mainly because of the number of steps and how quickly each round expected more specificity from me, and I didn’t get an offer.
