My interviews felt professional and genuinely easy to navigate, starting with a structured conversation that focused on who I was and whether it was a fit for what they needed.

There was a real sense that the team took time to understand me as a person, not just my background.

The first call centered on a broad overview of what CoStar does, and then the conversation got more in depth from there. Even when I was moving from one interviewer to the next, it never felt hostile or overly adversarial—just collaborative and focused on matching expectations. I didn’t end up with the role because it wasn’t the right fit for my personal life, but I came away appreciating the recruiting approach and how smoothly it ran.
