Costar Group Account Executive interview experience

I went from phone and video steps into an in-person interview at the office, and I wasn’t the only person being evaluated—I interviewed alongside other candidates.

Everything about it felt pretty expected for a role like this: structured touchpoints, clear escalation from screening to the office-based conversations. I came away with the impression they were careful about comparing candidates, though the overall experience still felt fairly standard for an in-depth hiring process.
