Corning, NYPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a genuinely intense, all-day process where I was expected to deliver a prepared self-presentation before deep technical follow-ups.

Prepped presentation (day-long on-site start) — Weeks in advance, I was told to present about myself, including background and a project I was proud of. I presented to a team of roughly 8–9 people.
1:1 deep dives — After about 45 minutes with the full group, I broke into individual conversations with each interviewer for technical deep dives.
Facility tour — The day also ended with a tour of the facility led by the hiring manager. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that preparation for both your story and technical discussion was non-negotiable
