I applied and started scheduling, but the process stalled due to scheduling mistakes and poor follow-through, which made it feel unprofessional.

Recruiter phone screen scheduling — After I shared multiple time options, I received a fixed invite for a time I hadn’t offered; I promptly responded and offered more availability.
No-show / no follow-up loop — I didn’t get a response after my follow-up attempts, and my application was later closed without further communication. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that scheduling coordination issues derailed the process early.
