I experienced a long, low-communication interview journey with an in-person round, then an automated rejection weeks later.

Multi-stage interviews — The process lasted about three months from application to final decision, with minimal communication between stages.
In-person interview — I completed an in-person interview before waiting for the decision.
Automated decision — I received an automated rejection email roughly three weeks after the onsite. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the timeline was extended and communication was sparse.
