I interviewed for a Corning Software Engineer role with an average difficulty, following a consistent onsite-heavy format: facility context, a long presentation, then multiple interviews.

Phone screening — I had an initial phone screen a few weeks before the onsite.
Onsite arrival: facility + context — I met a second-level manager and then toured the manufacturing/plant environment with the hiring manager to understand what the role supports.
Onsite presentation (60 minutes or ~30 minutes) — I delivered a presentation covering education/work history (with Q&A).
1:1 interviews across the team — I then met individuals for long blocks of discussion throughout the day, including manager/director-level conversations and HR involvement.
