I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with a mini assessment approach that included a short personal presentation and a small coding problem.

Personal presentation — I started with a brief introduction.
Project Q&A + mini assessment — I answered questions related to the project I applied for, followed by a programming mini-assessment.
LeetCode-style coding — I solved a programming problem using a LeetCode-style format. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the company blended project discussion with a focused coding check.
