I applied through campus recruitment and waited about two weeks before hearing back.

The next step happened over the phone, and the whole scheduling-to-interview timeline moved quickly. I ended up receiving an offer the same day, which made the process feel unusually efficient.

The interview itself was on the phone and stayed fairly straightforward—more focused on conversation and fit than on complicated technical problem-solving. The surprising part was how fast everything moved once they brought me in.
