Waco, TXPosted Oct 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an hour-long interview that focused heavily on qualitative questions about my past work experience, extracurriculars, and school work.

There weren’t any technical questions, but the fit piece was clear. The interviewer’s main goal seemed to be understanding how my previous experiences would translate to what the role needed.

Even without technical depth, it still felt like a real interview because they wanted clarity and connection—how I’d approach the work based on what I’d done before. It wasn’t adversarial, and it gave me confidence that they cared about real-world alignment rather than theory.
