Conocophillips Accountant interview experience

I got to meet people on the team and had enough time to talk more personally, not just rattle off prepared answers. The vibe was relaxed, and the interaction didn’t feel intimidating.

It also moved quickly on their side—there was a good response time overall. I didn’t experience it as a high-stakes grilling; it was more like a genuine conversation to see how I’d fit with the team.
